My experience has taught me something different.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have found that lasting leadership is built from the bottom up.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This reflection led me to develop <strong>The Kelej Leadership Pyramid\u2122<\/strong>, a framework that illustrates the journey from purpose to legacy:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udfe2 <strong>Purpose<\/strong> \u2013 Why you lead and who you serve.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udfe3 <strong>Vision<\/strong> \u2013 The future you seek to create.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd35 <strong>Trust<\/strong> \u2013 The credibility and consistency that make leadership possible.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udfe1 <strong>Influence<\/strong> \u2013 The ability to inspire, mobilize, and unite others around a shared goal.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26ab <strong>Legacy<\/strong> \u2013 The sustainable impact that remains long after you are gone.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The model is based on one central belief:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose creates Vision. Vision earns Trust. Trust generates Influence.
